1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. If your location is not supported, please contact us for further assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch your items within 2 business days. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends may be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (UK) – Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

  • Express Delivery (UK) – Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.

International delivery times vary based on location, and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • UK Standard Delivery: £4.99

  • UK Express Delivery: £9.99

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50 (UK only)

For international orders, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

For international orders, please note that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the price of the product or shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Incorrect or Missing Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. QAFI Limited is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a replacement or process a refund for the damaged items.
