QAFI Limited Return and Refund Policy

At QAFI Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and refunds in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unopened Products: Items must be unused and in their original, unopened condition.

  • Return Window: Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for processing returns.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Replacement or Refund: We will either offer a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

  • Proof of Damage: Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging along with a description to initiate the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse after opening.

We recommend inspecting your order carefully upon receipt to ensure it meets your satisfaction before use.

4. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product or a damaged item).

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Return Labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval:

  • Check with your Bank: Refunds may take longer to process through your payment provider or bank.

  • Contact Us: If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.
